The first myth to cellulite is that only middle-aged women suffer from cellulite. That is simply untrue. Not only do women have to put up with it, but men as well. Our last cellulite myth that will be uncovered is if abolishing salt out of your diet will decrease the appearance of cellulite. This does in fact have a bit of truth to it, however, it will not eliminate the cellulite, rather it will help your body release toxins easier. Salt is hard on your body in the sense that it does not let things flush out of your system as it makes you retain water. By eliminating salt from your diet, water will not be retained, and will help get rid of those toxins that can lead to cellulite development.
